Responsibilities: * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on electrical installations; * Carry out new electrical installations; * Reconfigure primary switchgear; * Activate/Deactivate Power Outlets; * Replace lamps and ballasts; * Check electrical circuits; * Circuit breaker tripped, power loss at outlets; * Install line filters; * Power outages; * Program lighting; Others – Electrical; * Perform building maintenance; * Open, monitor, and close Service Orders; * Painting and paint repair; * Masonry repairs; * Floor repairs; * Door maintenance; * Replace ceiling tiles, loose ceiling panels; * Civil works; Unclogging of general hydraulic networks; Tripped and/or faulty valves; Replace flush tank and toilet flush kit. **COURSES:** * Electrical Course * In-person and valid NR 10 certification * In-person and valid NR 35 certification **REQUIREMENTS:** * Proven experience in electrical work.
