Follow hygiene and food safety regulations An ice cream parlor is seeking a Production Assistant in Palhoça (Nova Palhoça). **Responsibilities:** Assist in the preparation of ice cream, syrups, fillings, and other products. Sort and organize ingredients used in production. Support machine and equipment loading for production. Package, label, and store finished products. Maintain a clean and organized production environment. Clean utensils, machines, and equipment used in the process. Assist in inventory control of ingredients and materials. Follow recipes and instructions from the production supervisor. Check ingredient expiration dates and storage conditions. Help organize cold rooms and freezers. Follow hygiene and food safety regulations. Contribute to the smooth operation of the ice cream parlor's production. Previous experience as a Production Operator, Production Assistant, Production Helper, or Assembler may indicate suitability for some of the tasks in this position. High school diploma required.
