Development within a heavy machinery production environment **Job Description:** ---------------------- Perform basic support activities in the final assembly process, initial inspection, and simple adjustments of heavy machinery under direct supervision, ensuring organization, cleanliness, visual compliance, and support for the workshop's production flow. Responsibilities: Support the final assembly process of heavy machinery by performing simple tasks as instructed by mechanics or supervisors; Perform technical cleaning of machinery, subassemblies, parts, and components before and after inspections; Assist in preparing machinery for inspection and adjustments (positioning, access, removal of simple protective covers); Organize tools, fixtures, parts, and the work area according to established organization and safety standards; Support internal movement of machinery and subassemblies per procedures and instructions received; Visually identify apparent anomalies (damages, leaks, looseness, transport-related damage) and report them to the responsible person; Complete basic checklists supporting assembly and final inspection; Comply with workshop safety, quality, and environmental standards. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Completed elementary education; * Experience in mechanics or logistics is a plus. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- NOT APPLICABLE **Salary:** ------------ $2,511\.46 **Benefits:** --------------- Meal Voucher Health Insurance (after probation period) Partnerships with educational institutions Birthday Day Off On-site meals Transportation assistance or transportation voucher (VT) Gym membership plan Dental plan (after probation period) Pet health insurance plan (after probation period) Pharmacy benefits plan (after probation period) **Work Location:** ---------------------- DETROIT PRESTACAO DE SERVICOS LTDA \- MATRIZ **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 18:00
