Join us and help build the future of intelligent security. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct quotations and negotiate prices, delivery timelines, and commercial terms; * Procure products and services according to internal department demands; * Maintain supplier registration and relationships; * Analyze and compare proposals to achieve optimal cost-benefit; * Record, verify, and manage fiscal invoices; * Monitor purchase orders, delivery deadlines, and material receipt; * Organize and keep procurement process documentation up-to-date (Drive); * Support Finance in expense and payment control; * Suggest improvements to procurement and supply chain processes; **Requirements:** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in **Business Administration, Accounting**, or related fields; * Prior experience in procurement/supply chain; * Knowledge of quotation, negotiation, and supplier approval processes; * Experience with fiscal invoice recording and verification; * Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets/Docs; * Familiarity with Google Drive for document organization and control; * ERP experience (procurement, inventory, and finance modules); Work Schedule: Monday to Friday: 08:00–18:00 Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$3,000.00 – R$3,500.00 per month Benefits: * Dental insurance * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
