




You will be responsible for managing, maintaining, and optimizing listings on marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Shopee, Magazine Luiza, Amazon, and others); Evaluate listings for product updates and standardization (titles, descriptions, images, attributes, categories, and variations); Ensure listings are always accurate, up-to-date, competitive, and compliant with each marketplace’s rules; Monitor listing performance (visibility, conversion, sales, cancellations, and reputation); Support the creation and maintenance of promotional campaigns, coupons, and commercial initiatives within marketplaces; Monitor pricing, competition, and product positioning; Collaborate closely with inventory, billing, and logistics teams to prevent stockouts, inventory errors, or cancellations; Track KPIs such as SLA, cancellation rate, delays, reputation, and account performance; Assist in organizing and standardizing product images and technical information; Ensure listings align with the brand positioning and standards of Tudo Para Moto. **Requirements** Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Marketing, E-commerce, Commercial Management, or related fields); Experience with marketplaces (Mercado Livre, Shopee, Amazon, Magalu, or similar); Knowledge of product listing, variations, titles, and attributes; Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an analytical mindset; Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency; ERP experience (Tiny/Olist or similar) is a plus; E-commerce or retail experience is desirable; Proactive, responsible profile with a sense of urgency and results orientation. **Schedule and Compensation** * Monday to Friday according to rotating schedule (8:00 AM to 6:00 PM) * Saturdays as required by operational needs * Market-competitive compensation + performance-based growth opportunities Job Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.900,00 – R$2.800,00 per month Benefits: * Health insurance * Fuel allowance * Profit-sharing program * Meal voucher * Transportation voucher
