Job Summary: Quality Analyst focused on incoming inspection, non-conformity management, procedure creation, and quality process monitoring. Key Highlights: 1. A consulting, recruitment, and selection company is hiring a Quality Analyst in Caxias do Sul (Center). * **Participate in the screening via Jobbol** and receive direct feedback from the company! **What will you do in this role?:** Conduct incoming inspections triggered by material receivers for out-of-spec situations (oxidation, scratches, dimensional deviations, dents). Issue Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for quality issues identified in supplier-delivered items, sending them to the supplier while notifying procurement and management. Notify procurement to request returns when items are unusable. Receive internal sales complaints, request evidence of the issue, and proceed with documentation (NCR or complaint spreadsheet). For NCRs involving defects not detected upon receipt (e.g., cracks, fissures), contact the supplier to investigate the issue and agree on corrective action. Record process non-conformities, including associated non-quality cost information. Complete quality indicators using monthly reported data. Record and implement work instructions for the Quality Management System. Develop departmental activity procedures, including information and records required for task execution. Create documents supporting process monitoring, such as checklists and records. Present quality indicators during management meetings.
