




Job Summary: Quality Analyst responsible for incoming inspection, non-conformance management, procedure development, and quality indicator reporting. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in the role 2. Completed Higher Education in Quality Management or related fields **Role**: Quality Analyst **Responsibilities**: Conduct incoming inspections triggered by material receivers for non-standard conditions (oxidation, scratches, dimensional deviations, dents). Initiate Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) for quality issues identified in supplier-delivered items, send them to suppliers, and notify Procurement and Management. Notify Procurement to request returns when items are unusable. Receive internal sales complaints, request evidence of the issue, and proceed with documentation (NCRs or complaint spreadsheet). For NCRs involving problems not detected during incoming inspection (e.g., cracks, fissures), engage suppliers to investigate and resolve the issue. Record process non-conformances, including associated costs of poor quality. Complete quality indicators using monthly reported data. Document and implement work instructions for the Quality Management System. Develop procedures for departmental activities, including information and records required for task execution (work instructions). Create supporting documents for process monitoring, such as checklists and records. Present quality indicators during management meetings.
