Job Summary: Quality Analyst responsible for incoming inspection, opening Non-Conformance Reports (RNCs), handling complaints, recording non-conformities, and managing quality documents and indicators. Development and implementation of quality documents and indicators. Consulting, recruitment, and selection company is hiring a Quality Analyst in Caxias do Sul (Center). * **Participate in the selection process via Jobbol** and receive direct feedback from the company! **What will you do in this role?:** Perform incoming inspections triggered by material receivers for out-of-spec situations (oxidation, scratches, dimensional deviations, dents). Open RNCs for quality issues identified in supplier-delivered items, send them to suppliers, notify purchasing and management. Notify purchasing and request returns in cases where usage is unfeasible. Receive internal sales complaints, request evidence of the issue, and proceed with documentation (RNC or complaint spreadsheet). For RNCs involving problems not detected upon receipt (cracks, fissures), contact the supplier to investigate the issue and determine a solution. Record process non-conformities, including information on non-quality costs. Complete quality indicators using monthly reported data. Record and implement work instructions of the Quality Management System. Develop departmental activity procedures, including information and records necessary for task execution. Create documents supporting process monitoring, such as check\-lists and records. Present quality indicators during management meetings.
