Job Summary: We are looking for a Bartender passionate about gastronomy, interpersonal interaction, and teamwork to delight customers, craft drinks, and manage inventory. Key Highlights: 1. If you are passionate about gastronomy, engaging with people, working collaboratively, and have the energy to delight customers and achieve results, this is a great opportunity! * Prepare and/or serve drinks, beers, and other beverages in accordance with the **Roister standard**, representing the brand’s strength to customers; * + Monitor and request restocking of supplies from the inventory department, ensuring the bar remains fully stocked (supplies, beers, utensils, and all other items required for optimal bar operations); * Maintain accurate inventory control by properly recording production, preparing beverages strictly per technical specifications, and actively supporting periodic stock counts and inventories; * Present the menu and beverage list to customers and clarify any questions; Working Hours: 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM (6-day workweek with 1 day off) Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education) * Gympass * Dental insurance * On-site meals * Health insurance
