Job Summary:
A professional responsible for ensuring incident response, opening and closing of incident reports, fee control, and proper preparation of indemnification processes, while keeping systems updated and disseminating work instructions.

Responsibilities
* Ensure incidents occurring at the unit and those involving regional agents are properly addressed;
* Ensure incident reports are opened and finalized;
* Control departmental fees;
* Ensure customers are informed and receive guidance regarding their situation;
* Ensure indemnification processes are properly prepared;
* Maintain the electronic system with updated information;
* Disseminate work instructions related to the department to promote best practices for the company
Requirements
* Mandatory education:
* High school diploma
Employment type: Full-time CLT
Compensation: R$1.518,00 - R$3.884,01 per month
