Maintain the electronic system updated and disseminate instructions Business Hours | 08:00 - 18:00 Salary: R$ 2.800,00 Responsibilities * Ensure incidents occurring at the unit and those reported by regional agents are properly addressed; * Ensure occurrence reports are opened and finalized; * Monitor sector fees; * Ensure customers are informed and receive guidance regarding their situation; * Ensure indemnification processes are properly prepared; * Maintain the electronic system with up-to-date information; * Disseminate work instructions related to their department to promote best practices for the company Requirements * Mandatory education: * High school diploma Employment type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$1.518,00 - R$3.884,01 per month
