**Description:**
Fully responsible for designing and implementing processes, conducting analyses and resolving highly complex issues; continuously seeking process improvements within one's area of responsibility; providing technical guidance related to processes and one's area of expertise, serving as a reference for task execution; delivering patient care in a qualified, ethical, and humanized manner, performing care and procedures per multidisciplinary prescriptions and according to institutional standard operating procedures; evaluating and determining speech-language pathology treatment; providing care as requested and referring patients to specialist physicians when necessary; developing area-specific projects as needed, supporting the interdisciplinary team in patient care; working in multidisciplinary teams to develop therapeutic projects; participating in the development of unit-level standards and standard operating procedures; overseeing the neonatal hearing screening process and early diagnosis of tongue movement restrictions; communicating effectively with patients, caregivers, and family members regarding the care process; ensuring customer satisfaction with patient-centered care as the core principle; participating in scientific-technical committees as identified and required by the institution.
