




Job Summary: Responsible for leading teams, supporting HR routines, and managing store operations to achieve sales and service targets, using ERP and POS systems. Key Highlights: 1. Experience with ERP and POS/cashier systems * Greet customers and lead operational teams * Support HR routines (time tracking, scheduling, discipline, PPEs, ID badges, uniforms) * Develop initiatives and plans to achieve sales and service targets * Evaluate store performance using **ERP** system reports * Monitor employee work and support management in store operations * Control and organize inventories and their execution * Product labeling/inventory counting * Control and maintain store equipment and material handling equipment * Supervise restocking and operation of refrigeration equipment ✅ **Requirements** * Completed high school (minimum) \| Completed or ongoing higher education (preferred) * Intermediate Office skills; experience with **ERP** and **POS/cashier** systems * Knowledge of NRs (Brazilian Regulatory Standards) and logistics/storage safety * Basic forklift knowledge * Minimum **2 years** of experience in retail/wholesale Minimum Education Level: Higher Education
