We seek a professional who is dynamic, creative, hands-on, and highly motivated to learn and grow in the Maintenance area. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Promote the HPS and Lean Manufacturing continuous improvement methodologies. * Encourage, assist in developing, and monitor continuous improvement projects. * Contribute to building a project-oriented culture within the company. * Participate in continuous improvement audits. * Back-office support for the projects department. * Data collection and activities related to the production process (GPT). * Routine data collection and analysis of major stoppages; * Activities related to visual management analysis; * Root cause investigation and problem resolution; * Deliver training on procedures; * Support with Lean Manufacturing tools; * Support for workplace management meetings; * Support and monitoring of SKA’s MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems); * Assist in analyzing production and operational flows to identify potential improvements and optimizations; * Participate in developing improvement projects to increase efficiency and reduce operational costs; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing a technical degree (Engineering or related fields); * Basic English proficiency; * Excel knowledge; * Basic knowledge of CAD, SolidWorks, and Inventor; * Power BI knowledge is a plus. **Additional Information** ### **Our internship includes full benefits—no deductions!** ### **Food** * On-site cafeteria (for employees working at manufacturing plants) * **Honest Market** for a quick snack ### **Financial** * Career Development Plan ### **Health and Well-being** * UNIMED Health Plan (national coverage) * On-site physician * "Healthy Company" Program (UNIMED Preventive Medicine) * Annual flu vaccination * Life insurance ### **Professional Development** * Education Incentive Program (high school, technical, undergraduate, and postgraduate studies) * In-house English classes ### **Transportation** * Chartered transportation ### **Join Us!** **Hyva do Brasil** is the only South American subsidiary of the Hyva Group, part of the global **JOST** Group.
