Work Location: Rua Pinheiro Machado, 1838, Centro de Caxias do Sul Schedule: Monday to Saturday, from 10:40 AM to 7:00 PM What We Expect From You: * Customer Service: Delight our customers—especially children—with exceptional service, helping them choose the perfect toys for every occasion; * Product Organization and Display: Handle receiving, pricing, organizing, and restocking merchandise, ensuring toys are always prominently displayed and ready to be selected and taken home by our young customers; * Interaction and Communication: Be an excellent communicator, capable of answering questions and providing product information, creating a welcoming and fun environment; * Inventory Control: Assist with inventory management and toy restocking, keeping the store well-stocked and diverse; * Goals: Achieve and exceed monthly and daily sales targets; Requirements: * Enjoy working with the public, especially children; * Be proactive, friendly, and dynamic; * Possess strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team; * Prior experience in sales or customer service is desirable but not essential; * Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays; * Must be over 18 years old; * Must have easy access to the store.
