




Job Summary: A professional responsible for people management—from recruitment through shift scheduling and vacation control—as well as full oversight of the company’s procurement and inventory processes. Key Highlights: 1. End-to-end management of the employee lifecycle 2. Strategic coordination of the entire procurement and inventory process 3. Multifunctional role focused on operations and human resources Responsible for conducting selection interviews and determining hiring decisions. Conducts company orientation sessions for new employees, requests uniforms, transportation allowances, and other related items. Manages and controls work shift schedules. Oversees employee vacation planning, prepares minutes for all monthly departmental meetings, updates all spreadsheets, attendance records, and medical certificates. Also develops capacity-building plans, monitors and supervises training programs, organizes team-building events, manages timekeeping records, and handles onboarding of new employees. Responsible for procurement activities; therefore, accurate tracking and timely information regarding purchasing needs, inventory control, quotation requests, order follow-up, goods receipt, and acceptance are essential. Also handles product storage, oversees inventory, and manages all operational purchases required for daily maintenance across all departments, as well as purchases of products for special occasions, among other duties. Ultimately, responsible for the company’s operational functionality concerning both personnel and procurement departments.
