Inventory control of supplies and ensuring equipment functionality. **Description:** Receive external visitors and telephone calls, identifying individuals and/or topics to be addressed, taking messages or transferring calls according to subject matter or requested contact. Maintain control over incoming and outgoing correspondence and documents handled by the office, recording dates of dispatch or receipt, postage expenses, forwarding items to the administrative department, preparing envelopes, and making correspondence available for pickup. Provide support for internal communication activities, arranging birthday cards, invitations, informational materials, and reviewing internal newsletters—submitting them for approval and distributing as needed. Manage meeting room reservations, ensuring proper organization and availability of required materials. **Maintain office supply inventory, including:** toner cartridges, pens, pencils, envelopes, official letterhead paper, and other similar items—ensuring availability and placing orders upon coordination approval and within pre-approved budgets.
