




Job Summary: Responsible for check-in/out, providing information, in-person/remote guest service, reservation registration, front desk organization, and resolving guest inquiries, all in accordance with established procedures. Key Highlights: 1. Friendly and efficient guest service. 2. Assistance in organizing the front desk and ensuring smooth service flow. 3. Resolving inquiries and providing support for various requests. Perform check-in and check-out with friendliness and efficiency. Provide information regarding the hotel, services, operating hours, and general guidance. Serve guests in person, by phone, and via WhatsApp. Register reservations, modifications, and cancellations in the system. Assist in organizing the front desk and ensure smooth service flow. Resolve guest inquiries and support guests with diverse requests. Follow internal procedures and quality standards.
