Analyze and optimize costs and operational efficiency An industrial company is seeking a Logistics Leader in Caxias do Sul. **Responsibilities:** Coordinate receiving, warehousing, order picking, shipping, and transportation of materials and finished products. Supervise and guide the logistics team by assigning tasks and monitoring performance and productivity. Ensure compliance with operational procedures, safety regulations, and established delivery deadlines. Conduct periodic inventories, control inventory levels, and analyze discrepancies to propose process improvements. Monitor departmental KPIs, prepare reports, and suggest actions to optimize costs and operational efficiency. Maintain relationships with internal departments and transportation providers to ensure proper information and material flow. Previous experience as Logistics Supervisor, Logistics Coordinator, Logistics Manager, or Logistics Head may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
