Job Summary:
A professional responsible for organizing, moving, and controlling materials and products in a warehouse, ensuring integrity and delivery deadlines.

3. Ensuring safety, quality, and deadlines in logistics processes.
**Description:**
Pick and prepare orders according to production and shipping instructions;
Control inventory by recording data in ERP systems and spreadsheets;
Move materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other internal transport equipment;
Ensure the integrity and correct identification of stored items;
Support physical and cycle inventories;
Supply production lines as required;
Organize storage layout and maintain cleanliness and safety in the area;
Comply with safety, environmental, and quality standards and procedures;
Perform receiving, picking, stocking, and delivery activities for materials and/or products; assist in conducting inventories of warehouse and/or logistics-related items per work instructions; use information system tools to maintain inventory accuracy within defined standards, thereby ensuring safety, quality, and company-established delivery deadlines;
Organize goods safely both inside and outside the warehouse;
Inspect incoming materials in the receiving area through visual checks and measurements;
**Occasionally operate industrial vehicles (e.g.,** tow tractor, forklift, pallet jack, and/or tractor), moving materials, parts, and/or finished or unfinished components according to the daily schedule, verifying priorities, observing designated storage locations, and safeguarding personnel, products, and materials involved in operations in compliance with safety, quality, and company-established deadline requirements.
