Support in event preparation **Work Location:** Rio Grande do Sul **Work Schedule:** 5 days on, 2 days off, from 08:00 to 17:48 **Salary:** R$ 2\.117,00 **Benefits:** Transportation allowance, meal voucher, life insurance, attendance bonus. **Job Objective** Ensure the conservation, cleanliness, and aesthetics of the church's green areas through continuous care of gardens, plants, and outdoor spaces, contributing to a pleasant, organized, and welcoming environment for everyone. **Main Responsibilities** · Perform garden and green area maintenance (mowing lawns, pruning trees and plants, irrigation, fertilization, etc.); · Plant, replant, and care for seedlings and ornamental plants; · Control plant pests and diseases when necessary; · Keep outdoor spaces clean and organized; · Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment; · Assist in cleaning outdoor areas (sidewalks, courtyards, and access routes); · Help organize spaces for events when required; · Follow workplace safety regulations. **Requirements** · Completed elementary education; · Prior experience in this role is preferred; · Basic knowledge of gardening and plant care; · Physical fitness for outdoor activities; · Responsibility and commitment. **Behavioral Competencies** · Organization and attention to detail; · Proactivity; · Diligence and care for the environment; · Teamwork; · Commitment.
