Enter sample data into the information system and direct them to specific laboratories. Resolve pending issues with the Commercial Department. Contribute to departmental cleanliness and organization.** RESPONSIBILITIES: * Receive and inspect incoming samples; * Evaluate whether samples, documents, and received information are viable for registration, following the screening procedures outlined in the Quality Management System; * Weigh samples and measure temperatures of samples requiring special storage conditions; * Calibrate balances and verify freezer and refrigerator temperatures; * Register samples following the registration procedures outlined in the Quality Management System; * Resolve pending issues with the Commercial Department and/or clients; * Deliver registered samples to laboratories and direct those to be performed via Intercompany or subcontracted; * Contribute to departmental cleanliness and organization; * Perform other related tasks as required or at the discretion of the supervisor. **Qualifications** **Behavioral competencies:** * Strong communication and interpersonal skills, organization, discipline, proactivity, and dynamism. * **Required education:** Completed technical education. * **Additional education:** A bachelor’s degree in progress is a plus. * **Prior experience (type and duration):** 1 to 3 years of experience. * **Technical knowledge:** Basic Office proficiency. Good typing skills. Knowledge in Chemistry, Biology, and Pharmacy-related fields is desirable. **Additional Information** Work Schedule: Monday to Friday. Hours: 09:00 to 18:00\. Saturdays. Hours: 08:00 to 12:00\.
