Ensure continuity of information between overnight and daytime teams We are seeking a detail\-oriented and reliable **Overnight Logistics Support Specialist** to support our US commercial trucking operations. This role is focused on maintaining visibility of shipments, responding to client inquiries, and ensuring smooth communication between overnight and daytime teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Monitor and update shipment tracking information for active loads * Respond promptly and professionally to inbound client emails * Provide real\-time updates on shipment status to customers and internal teams * Identify and flag urgent issues or delays for escalation to daytime staff * Maintain accurate records of communications and shipment updates * Ensure continuity of information between shifts through clear handovers **Working** **conditions**: * Working schedule: **Shift 1:** 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM **Shift 2:** 1:00 AM – 10:00 AM * **Remote mode of work** * 10\+ business days of paid time off * Team building and corporate events * Equipment provided * A supportive team **What You’ll Do** * Keep track of active shipments and update their status * Respond to inbound emails from clients (mostly US\-based) * Provide clear and timely updates on load progress * Spot potential issues or delays and flag them for escalation * Leave clear notes and updates for the daytime team
