The Selection Process is intended to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Logistics) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental care, psychological counseling, physical therapy, and nutritional counseling; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics or Administration. Proof of mandatory requirements must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution accredited by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Declaration of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following graduation). **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in logistics training and/or courses. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum required qualifications, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of requested professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer’s letter containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and nature of services rendered, along with a detailed description of duties performed; b) Copy of the Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly demonstrating relevance to the position sought (only if the CTPS entry uses terminology directly correlated to that required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service delivery, supplemented by item “a” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove experience. **DESIRABLE REQUIREMENTS:** § Experience delivering courses and lectures. § Enrollment in postgraduate studies. § Computer literacy. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
