If you identify with our story, join our team! **Your responsibilities will include:** * Analyzing reports issued by the sales department and customers regarding issues with machines and cutting processes; * Conducting technical visits to identify potential problems at customer sites and recommending preventive and corrective actions; * Performing mechanical and electrical maintenance on band saws and circular saws at customer locations, including replacing parts, adjusting programs, aligning tooling, etc.; * Delivering machines technically, providing operational training to customers; * Preparing repair estimates for machines and/or parts for customers; * Providing technical support to customers to ensure correct usage of purchased products; * Assessing machine part replacement needs and informing customers accordingly; * Training and guiding internal teams, customers, and suppliers; * Performing other duties as requested and directed by your immediate supervisor. **Requirements** -------------- **We are seeking professionals who have:** * A technical degree in mechanics or automation; * NR 10 Certification — Safety in Electrical Installations and Services; * Driver’s License Category B; * Willingness to travel.
