The Food Ingredients business develops innovative solutions that enhance nutritional profiles, taste, and texture, while improving cost efficiency for global food and beverage manufacturers. Your potential is our inspiration. **Where You Will Make a Difference** * Contribute to the development and technological enhancement of industrial processes by conducting studies and analyses to increase productivity, quality, and operational performance. * Develop and review **P\&IDs**, **PFDs**, mass and energy balances, and perform equipment sizing and calculations. * Provide technical support to **Maintenance** and **Operations** teams, solving complex process-related problems. * Support the development of new products and new processes in collaboration with **R\&D** and **Technology** teams. * Lead industrial testing of new products, ensuring technical accuracy and safe execution. * Lead the development of **basic engineering** projects and coordinate project execution, including planning, equipment procurement, installation, and start-up. * Stay current on technological trends and innovations in equipment and processes. * Recommend improvements or modifications to equipment, facilities, and operational methods, issuing technical assessments to support decision-making. **What Makes You the Right Person** * Bachelor’s degree in **Chemical Engineering**. * Strong technical knowledge in **thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat and mass transfer**. * Familiarity with statistical tools for process analysis. * Ability to design and implement process control strategies. * Prior experience in continuous process industries. * Fluency in **English**. * Strong communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work analytically in complex industrial environments. **How You Stand Out** * **Six Sigma** certification. * Experience with **Aspentech** tools (simulator, InfoPlus 21\). * Additional experience with **continuous improvement** methodologies.
