Job Summary: Responsible for digital customer service, sales of aesthetic services, and goal tracking in a clinical environment, with emphasis on proactivity and results. Key Highlights: 1. Support for promotional activities and clinic campaigns **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 7:30 PM / Break from 11:15 AM to 1:30 PM **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Full-time – CLT * Provide customer service via WhatsApp, Instagram, and telephone; * Respond to leads and present clinic services; * Sell consultations, evaluations, and aesthetic procedures; * Conduct follow-up with patients who expressed interest; * Monitor goals; * Update spreadsheets and organize commercial information; * Support promotional activities and clinic campaigns. **Requirements:** * Strong verbal and written communication skills; * Organizational skills and accountability toward goals; * Proficiency with WhatsApp, Instagram, and digital tools; * Proactive profile focused on results; * Experience in sales and goal achievement; * Interest in the aesthetics field will be considered an advantage. **Benefits:** Commissions
