We offer recruitment, selection, and consulting services for companies across various sectors. **Responsibilities:** Assist in Planning and Production Control activities related to the manufacturing of hydraulic components, ensuring proper monitoring of production orders, deadlines, and production flow. Issue, control, and update manufacturing orders according to production scheduling and priorities defined by the production department. Monitor material inventories, production reporting, and internal movements, ensuring resource availability to meet demand. Support monitoring of production indicators, deadline control, and alignment among production, procurement, and warehouse departments. Ensure organization and updating of information in the ERP system, contributing to data reliability and operational efficiency. Assist in identifying bottlenecks and opportunities for continuous improvement, collaborating to reduce delays, waste, and increase industrial productivity. Previous experience as a Planning Analyst, Planning Assistant, Production Coordinator, or Production Assistant may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree.
