




Description: The Pre-Sales position plays an essential role in ensuring the quality and success of the company’s projects. Key responsibilities include: * Qualifying and selecting technical solutions appropriate to customer requirements; * Engaging with customers and the sales team to identify needs and present compatible products or services; * Providing detailed information about products and services to support the commercial team in preparing proposals; * Monitoring the development of ongoing solutions, reporting progress and any necessary adjustments; * Staying up to date on new products, technologies, and trends relevant to the company’s portfolio; * Analyzing performance indicators—such as lead-to-customer conversion rate—to continuously optimize the sales process. Responsibilities and Duties * Needs Consultation and Analysis: deeply understanding customers’ business challenges, identifying pain points, and mapping feasible technical solutions. * Technical Presentations and Demonstrations: delivering presentations and hands-on demonstrations of solutions, consulting services, and relevant technologies, adapting language appropriately for technical or non-technical audiences. * Solution Design: collaborating with sales and engineering teams to design robust and scalable architectures, ensuring technical proposals meet customer requirements and industry best practices. * Technical Support to the Sales Team: acting as a technical expert throughout the sales cycle—answering questions, participating in technical discussions, and building trust with customers. * Technical Documentation Development: creating proposals, specifications, whitepapers, and other supporting materials to facilitate understanding and communication of presented solutions. * Feedback and Continuous Improvement: providing feedback to product and development teams based on customer interactions and market trends observed. Requirements and Qualifications * Solid experience (minimum 3 years) in Technical Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, or Cloud Architecture roles. * Ability to collect, consolidate, and analyze product-related information, with strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset. * Knowledge of Cloud solutions, Security, Artificial Intelligence, migrations, and change management. * Strong communication skills and ability to influence technical decisions. * Proactive attitude and executive demeanor when interacting with customers and vendors. * Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic environment—adapting independently to shifting priorities and demands. * Verbal and written English proficiency. * Daily use of Microsoft 365 tools (MS Office, Teams, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.). 2512160202201867601
