Job Summary: This apprenticeship program offers an opportunity to develop skills in customer service, sales, and store organization, combining theory and practice. Key Highlights: 1. Customer service and support throughout the sales process Description: * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; * Age between 14 and 18 years; * Availability to attend the theoretical course at Senac or Renapsi, as part of the Apprenticeship Program, from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM; * Availability to work at the store (practical training) at the taQi located at xxxxx, from 1:30 PM to 5:30 PM; * Possession of a Digital Work Card; * For persons with disabilities (PwD), no minimum educational requirement or age limit applies. * Customer service; * Assist in pre\-sale, sale, and post\-sale stages for products and services; * Provide and receive information regarding taQi products and services; * Verify invoices, payment statements, and bank slips; * Register, query, and update data using available systems and technological tools; * Update and perform customer registrations; * List, request, and receive goods; * Assist in organizing the store's inventory; * Restock merchandise at points of sale; * Check price change lists and promotional items. 2511260202401022671
