Experience in continuous improvement (Lean, Kaizen, 5S) Analyze current production processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, and improvement opportunities; Propose, develop, and implement optimizations in production methods and processes; Map workflow processes and create technical documentation for changes; Monitor performance indicators and results of implemented improvements; Collaborate closely with Engineering, Production, and Quality departments; Report directly to the Director and actively participate in strategic decisions related to process improvement. , Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields; Prior experience in methods and processes, preferably in the electronics industry; Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, etc.); Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and systemic vision; Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
