Job Summary: The professional will analyze, propose, and implement optimizations in production processes, monitor key performance indicators, and collaborate with various departments. Key Highlights: 1. Identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities in production processes. 2. Propose, develop, and implement optimizations in production methods. 3. Participate in strategic decisions related to process improvement. Analyze current production processes to identify bottlenecks, waste, and improvement opportunities; Propose, develop, and implement optimizations in production methods and processes; Map workflow processes and create technical documentation for changes; Monitor performance indicators and results of implemented improvements; Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality departments; Report directly to the Director and participate in strategic decisions regarding process improvement. , Bachelor's degree in Production Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields; Prior experience in methods and processes, preferably in the electronics industry; Knowledge of continuous improvement tools (Lean, Kaizen, 5S, etc.); Strong analytical ability, organizational skills, and systemic vision; Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in teams.
