Join us and become part of a team that celebrates individuality and mutual respect. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on equipment (tractors, excavators, wheel loaders, among others), exercising technical autonomy; * Diagnose medium-complexity mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical failures; * Disassemble, repair, replace, and reassemble mechanical and hydraulic components; * Conduct functional tests after service completion to ensure proper equipment performance; * Easily interpret technical manuals and diagrams; * Complete and document service orders, technical reports, and checklists; * Work both in the workshop and in the field, as required; * Contribute to workplace organization and tool maintenance; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Technical Education (Mechanics or related fields); * Driver’s License Category B;  **Additional Information** **PEOPLE ARE OUR BUSINESS—THAT’S WHY WE VALUE OUR EMPLOYEES IN MULTIPLE WAYS!** We also offer the traditional benefits you already know.
