**About the Opportunity:**
As a **Recruitment and Selection Analyst**, you will play a fundamental role in building and evolving the Clínica Experts team, responsible for attracting, identifying, and selecting talents aligned with the company’s strategy and culture. We seek an analytical, ownership-minded professional capable of managing end-to-end recruitment processes with quality, agility, and focus on candidate and hiring manager experience. You will serve as a strategic link between business units and the People team, directly contributing to the company’s sustainable growth through the formation of high-performance teams.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Manage end\-to\-end recruitment processes—from profile alignment with managers to final offer to candidates;
* Act as a partner to leadership, supporting profile definition, competency mapping, and hiring strategies;
* Screen resumes, conduct active candidate hunting, and approach candidates across multiple channels (LinkedIn, talent databases, referrals, etc.);
* Conduct competency-based interviews, evaluating candidates’ technical and behavioral competencies;
* Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment journey;
* Manage and monitor recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, conversion rate, hire quality, etc.);
* Support the structuring and continuous improvement of recruitment and selection processes and tools;
* Contribute to employer branding initiatives, supporting talent attraction actions and programs;
* Maintain the ATS and other tools updated with information about recruitment processes;
* Support strategic People team initiatives when required.
**Requirements and Qualifications:**
* Currently pursuing or completed degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources, or related fields;
* Prior experience in recruitment and selection, preferably within technology companies or dynamic environments;
* Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes and conducting competency-based interviews;
* Familiarity with sourcing techniques and tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter (or similar);
* Strong analytical ability and organizational skills to manage multiple open positions simultaneously;
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
* Ability to build relationships across all organizational levels;
* Proactive, results-oriented profile with a sense of urgency.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
* Experience recruiting for technology, product, or commercial roles;
* Experience in startups or high-growth companies;
* Knowledge of HR metrics and People Analytics;
* Experience with ATS tools, preferably Inhire or similar;
