




Join the Passarela team! **Your responsibilities will include:** Assisting in the implementation and enforcement of company policies; Screening resumes and contacting candidates, administering assessments and group activities to identify the best candidates for hiring; Scheduling and tracking admission, termination, and periodic medical examinations (return-to-work and job function changes). Providing and collecting admission documents, then forwarding them to the headquarters HR department for onboarding; Collecting signatures on documents (employment records, contracts, time cards, payroll slips, etc.); Purchasing transportation vouchers and managing their distribution to employees who require them; Managing the distribution of meal vouchers and benefit cards, collecting employee signatures on the delivery log; Monitoring employee leaves of absence and medical certificates, recording them in internal tracking spreadsheets; Reviewing and monitoring time card reports, forwarding them to coordinators, and issuing warnings or suspensions when discrepancies arise, if necessary; , **Requirements for this position:** Computer skills, labor legislation knowledge, and experience with group activities. Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Business Process Management, or related fields. 1 year of relevant work experience
