




Job Summary: A Human Resources professional responsible for managing HR processes, recruitment, employee support, and policy development. Key Highlights: 1. Development of HR policies and leadership support **DESCRIPTION** * Responsible for managing Human Resources processes, including payroll administration in coordination with accounting, time tracking, vacation management, benefits administration, and compliance with labor legislation. * Conduct recruitment and selection, employee onboarding and offboarding, job classification maintenance, and performance evaluations. * Provide support to employees and leadership, manage labor relations, develop HR policies and programs, deliver training, conduct climate surveys, monitor HR metrics, contribute to process and people management initiatives, and oversee occupational medical examinations and vaccination records. **REQUIREMENTS** * Experience in a generalist HR role. * Knowledge of labor legislation. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel. * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field. **BENEFITS** * Transportation allowance — 2 daily transit passes (no deduction) or fuel card equivalent (no deduction). * Meal allowance — R$490.00 monthly card (no deduction). * Health insurance: National Unimed plan after probation period for employee and children up to age 18; company covers 100% of the premium. **INFORMATION** * Salary: R$3.000,00 – R$3.500,00 + 20% hazard pay: R$359,05. * Flexible working hours (Monday to Friday), 44 hours per week.
