Issue purchase orders and forward them to suppliers, monitoring delivery processes and ensuring final compliance with agreed deadlines and conditions. Research alternative products, according to production process possibilities, aiming to improve product quality and reduce production costs. Update merchandise price tables with suppliers and internally communicate them to relevant departments. Register new suppliers in the operational system for inquiries and quotations as needed. Register production items in the operational system. Create and modify product structures and manufacturing routings. Record production orders. Assess material/parts requirements according to the production schedule. Identify new suppliers, negotiate, and contract them. Stay updated on market trends, new products, and the company’s material and supply needs. Collect data on manufacturing structure and routing for budgeting purposes. Monitor supplier performance. Resolve supplier-related issues.
