We are seeking a professional to work as an **Administrative Assistant**, responsible for administrative tasks including invoice processing, inventory control, and invoice registration. The role also involves maintaining organized files and supporting general departmental routines.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Receive and verify incoming lubricant invoices;
* Record incoming and outgoing invoices in the system;
* Issue sales invoices based on orders registered in the system;
* Send invoices and related documents when required;
* Maintain the department’s files organized and up-to-date, among other related activities.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* Completed high school education
* Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office suite)
* Knowledge of invoice issuance and billing routines is desirable
* Prior experience in the fuel or logistics sector is desirable
**For internal candidates:**
* Must have been employed at RodOil for at least 6 months
* Must inform direct leadership about the application
