We are looking for an **IT Technical Assistant** to work in the hardware area, supporting routine maintenance tasks; no customer service is involved—work is conducted exclusively in a closed laboratory. ### **Responsibilities** * Assist in assembling, disassembling, and maintaining computers and laptops * Identify and replace hardware components (memory, HDD/SSD, power supplies, cables, etc.) * Support the installation and configuration of operating systems * Perform basic functionality tests on equipment. ### **Requirements** * Basic knowledge of hardware (computers and peripherals) * Understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance * Basic knowledge of operating systems (Windows) * Organization, responsibility, and willingness to learn ### **Important:** Informal experience is acceptable—only foundational knowledge is required, as on-the-job training is provided. ### **Schedule:** **Monday to Saturday, from 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM** **Availability to work until 9:00 PM is required** **Availability to work on Saturdays is required** ### **SALARY:** **Base salary: BRL 3,000.00** **Performance bonus: BRL 1,500.00 to BRL 2,200.00** **Fuel allowance: BRL 150.00** **iFood voucher: BRL 150.00** Minimum education level: High school (Secondary education) Desired education: *High school (Secondary education)
