Prospecting new markets and negotiating with customers **EXPORT ASSISTANT** **Job Description:** Responsibilities: Assist international customers by informing them about changes, product launches, and any other updates regarding the brand and products; Perform other duties related to the position as determined by immediate supervision; Process orders received via email and verify them with customers; Forward orders to production; Handle customer billing; Prepare shipping documentation for classified cargo; Prepare Certificates of Origin; Send documentation to customers; Maintain work equipment and tools in perfect condition and cleanliness, including keeping the workplace organized; Keep customers updated on pricing and periodically verify price updates with management; Negotiate payment terms and orders with customers; Prospect raw material imports; Prospect new markets and partnerships; Provide quotations and arrange logistics for order shipments; Prepare all final documentation required for shipment and send documentation to customers. **Requirements:** Requirements: Minimum of 6 months of proven experience in this role; Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in International Trade, International Relations, Economics, or related fields; Fluent Spanish and basic English **Minimum Education Level:** High School Diploma **Work Schedule:** Work Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour daily break. **Benefits:** Benefits: Transportation allowance, meal voucher worth R$ 22.00. *Apply through the Divulga Vagas portal!* Follow Divulga Vagas on Instagram: @divulgavagas.oficial
