**Prerequisites:**
* Completion of elementary education required;
* Experience in general civil construction, including water and sewage hydraulic installations, interpretation of project documents, sketches, and technical drawings; performing work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or hydraulic equipment; working in confined spaces per specific training and safety regulations; and performing other related tasks;
* Driver's license category B preferred;
* Availability for rotating shifts: 5x2, 21x2, or 90x10 – from 07:30 to 17:18;
* Residency in Rio Grande do Sul state is a plus;
* Willingness to travel and stay in accommodation.
**Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:**
* Ensure execution of general civil construction services—including foundations, block laying, rough plastering, rendering, cladding, and demolition—per project specifications and technical guidance, guaranteeing construction quality and compliance;
* Carry out water and sewage hydraulic installation activities in accordance with technical standards and execution drawings, ensuring proper functioning of hydraulic systems;
* Interpret project documents, sketches, and technical drawings—with supervision—to execute services, ensuring construction compliance with engineering requirements and site supervisor specifications;
* Perform work at heights using ladders, scaffolding, or hydraulic equipment, adhering to safety procedures and using appropriate personal protective equipment;
* Perform tasks in confined spaces—such as galleries—per specific training and safety regulations, ensuring physical integrity and correct task execution;
* Support base layout and topographic surveying by assisting surveyors in marking points and alignments, contributing to civil construction accuracy;
* Build templates and square structural elements, ensuring correct alignment and geometry for constructions at substations and transmission lines;
* Support field data collection by providing information and observations to assist the engineering team in developing and adjusting civil projects;
* Provide technical support during ongoing activities under direct supervision, monitoring activity execution and ensuring compliance with technical and safety standards;
* Support the foreman in activity planning, contributing technical and organizational suggestions to optimize resources and project progress;
* Install and renovate fencing per technical specifications and supervisory instructions, ensuring physical integrity of fences and boundary demarcations;
* Correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and Collective Protective Equipment (CPE), as well as tools and machinery under one’s responsibility, safeguarding one’s own safety, team safety, and equipment maintenance;
* Execute all activities per applicable standards and procedures, applying Preliminary Risk Analysis (PRA) for non-standardized tasks to prevent accidents;
* Operate company vehicles, machinery, and equipment when authorized, following operational manual procedures to ensure correct and safe use of assigned resources.
