Job Summary: Financial controller and financial planning analyst responsible for managerial analyses, preparation of strategic reports, and support for budgetary management. Key Highlights: 1. Support in budget planning and cost analysis Description: * Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Accounting or related fields; * Knowledge of controlling and financial planning; * Knowledge of accounting, tax, and cost principles; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. * Conduct monthly analysis of the company's Income Statements (DRE), both consolidated and by business unit, including comparative analysis and managerial insights; * Prepare reports and presentations containing critical and strategic information for executive management and the board of directors; * Analyze contribution margins by business unit and product, benchmarking against expected results to identify areas requiring attention and support decision-making processes; * Analyze return on investments, reviewing funds deployed, results achieved, and other identified impacts; * Assess economic feasibility of proposed projects and/or investments, supporting management with expectations of returns and associated risks; * Support budget planning execution; * Monitor actual performance versus budget; * Inform and advise departments regarding their performance results and support them in developing action plans to address identified variances; * Participate in meetings, collecting and/or providing data related to the analyst's area of responsibility to propose alternatives and resolve issues; * Prepare reports and performance indicators; * Support internal audit activities; * Support month-end closing and cost analysis; * Support product pricing; * Support other controlling-related tasks; * Provide support to other departments. 2511120202181588478
