Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 7:30 AM to 2:30 PM. **\#JoinUsMarcopolo \#MarcopoloOfTheFuture \#HereWeWorkAsATeam** **Responsibilities and Duties*** Assist in managing the change flow (initiation, analysis, approval, and closure); * Monitor deadlines and status of requests with involved departments; * Support compliance with internal change management procedures; * Facilitate communication among departments (engineering, quality, production, etc.); * Assist in weekly Change Management Committee meetings; * Prepare reports and metrics for the change process; * Suggest process improvements to enhance efficiency and traceability. **Requirements and Qualifications*** Currently pursuing an Engineering degree (Production, Mechanical, or related fields); * Knowledge of processes, projects, or continuous improvement is desirable; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is desirable. **Additional Information** We believe in and invest in the potential of those who embark on this journey with us.
