The **Nursing Technician (RT) will be responsible for ensuring efficient management of nursing services**. This includes: * Managing staff sizing, shift coverage, recruitment processes, and team performance monitoring in collaboration with coordinators from respective clinical areas; * Continuously evaluating the quality of patient care services, managing clinical processes, teams, goals, time, outcomes, and associated risk management; * Monitoring and managing indicators and targets, performing detailed analyses, preparing reports, and developing improvement strategies and actions. * Managing the performance of coordinators, focusing on developing high-performance leadership and promoting a positive organizational climate. * Ensuring the effectiveness and efficiency of care delivery, emphasizing quality of care provided, optimization of available resources, and customer satisfaction. * Proposing and leading the implementation of new projects that enhance services, foster innovation, and support institutional sustainability. * Performing other responsibilities inherent to the Clinical Manager role. **Contract Model: Partner Shareholder** **Requirements:** ----------------- * Bachelor's degree in Nursing; * Active professional registration (COREN); * Solid experience in Healthcare Services Management, with proficiency in methods and techniques relevant to the role; * Postgraduate degree in Emergency and Urgent Care; * Postgraduate degree in Health Management or related fields; * Excellence in organization and time management, people management, and team engagement.
