Job Summary: This role involves executing various logistical tasks, from receiving and storing materials to managing inventory and supporting production processes. Key Highlights: 1. If you identify with our story, join our team! **Your responsibilities will include:** * Receiving, sorting, storing, and distributing parts and/or components to their respective destinations; * Assisting in identifying materials requiring replenishment across the entire company; * Delivering consumables and supplies upon departmental request, verifying quantity, code, and responsible person; * Handling material movement between branches and from the warehouse department to product manufacturing cells; * Performing system queries and data entries in the computerized system for component location within inventory, verifying orders; * Requesting packaging purchases for saws from the responsible department, specifying type, dimensions, and required quantities; * Verifying inventory levels and, if necessary, requesting replenishment from the band saw and circular saw production departments; * Generating production orders, deducting raw materials, and recording finished parts ready for sale; * Analyzing parts to determine whether specific treatments are required, forwarding them to the shipping department for outsourcing; * Conducting thorough analysis of returned saws and assigning appropriate disposition; * Preparing spreadsheets and reports for inventory analysis and control; * Conducting semi-annual physical inventory counts; * Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workplace; Employment Type: Permanent CLT Benefits: * Medical assistance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Experience in logistics departments (receiving and/or shipping) Work Location: On-site
