Dynamic and collaborative environment We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic and collaborative team. **Role:** * Perform all duties inherent to the position in accordance with the company's internal standards and regulations regarding safety, health, quality, and environmental protection. **Responsibilities:** * Monitor and coordinate all operational processes. * People management and headcount control; * Lead the execution of operational processes as required by process needs; * Maintain necessary contacts (with clients and management) to convey information and expedite decision-making within your authority level; * Ensure achievement of performance indicators for assigned processes, focusing on their continuous improvement. * **Report to supervisor.** **Competencies and Experience:** * Completed bachelor's degree; * Experience in people management.
