**Description:**
Records technicians' activities. Tracks labor hours and tasks performed by workshop technicians according to service orders. Verifies whether parts charged on service orders match the services executed and described in labor records. Informs the coordinator/manager about the status and need for closing service orders. Closes service orders and forwards them to the responsible department for negotiation and billing. Sorts and delivers requested parts to technicians for service execution, ensuring internal workflow agility and organization. Monitors and controls technicians' productive efficiency by tracking performance and productivity indicators. Provides support to management for simple administrative tasks when required, contributing to departmental routine operations.
