Apply now. **\#YouAtRandoncorp \#WeAreRandoncorp \#JoinCastertech** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate machines during low- and medium-complexity machining processes (pressing, drilling, and deburring), following work instructions and specifications, ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to established delivery deadlines; * Load machines with raw materials according to work instructions and specifications; * Rotate inserts/tools and adjust dimensional accuracy; * Support setup activities within your scope of operation per work instructions, performing inspection records according to control plans and drawings; * Maintain workplace organization and cleanliness—including machines and equipment—interacting and organizing per procedures applicable to your area; * Keep the workstation in appropriate condition by organizing and cleaning equipment; propose and implement improvements; * Perform additional duties consistent with the position’s nature and complexity, upon request from your immediate supervisor and/or internal demand. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory:** * High school education in progress or completed; * LID course (Reading and Interpretation of Engineering Drawings); * Metrology course. **Desirable:** * Experience operating machinery. **Additional Information** **Working Hours:** * Shift 1 \- From 07:12 AM to 5:00 PM. #### **At Randoncorp, we believe tomorrow is built by people.
