Participate in inventory counts and perform rework on products. The company is seeking an Overhead Crane Operator in Caxias do Sul. LMS Copel is a company specialized in technology and management solutions for the education sector, offering learning platforms and tools to optimize educational processes. **Responsibilities:** Inspect overhead cranes to verify equipment condition. Handle materials to supply machines at various stages of the production process. Prepare batches of parts according to logistics department sorting, performing material movement and clearance within the warehouse so that items are grouped during loading to facilitate cargo assembly. Position the overhead crane, secure slings to hooks, and operate the control mechanism, moving loads while paying attention to pedestrian safety in the area and material integrity. Maintain workplace, equipment, and tool organization and cleanliness; request maintenance via work orders when necessary. Remain vigilant regarding safety regulations and ensure proper use of PPE. Periodically participate in physical inventory counts, verifying quantities of products, parts, components, and other stored materials for asset control and accounting. Perform occasional rework due to dents and oxidation using drying cloths, sandpaper, and lubricating oils to ensure products meet appropriate standards. Previous experience as a Heavy Equipment Operator, Machine Operator, Crane Operator, or Excavator Operator may indicate suitability for some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
