Job Summary: The Fiber Optic Operator will perform installation, maintenance, operation, and repair activities for fiber optic networks, ensuring service quality and proper infrastructure operation. Interaction with customers and colleagues through effective communication and ethics The Fiber Optic Operator will be responsible for performing activities related to the installation, maintenance, operation, and repair of fiber optic networks, ensuring service quality and proper infrastructure operation. Work will be conducted in the field and/or laboratory, following technical standards and safety procedures. Requirements: Completed high school education; Willingness to travel; CNH - Brazilian National Driver's License AB; Technical experience in telecommunications network installation and maintenance procedures, and diagnostics: ability to identify and resolve network issues such as connectivity failures and weak signals. Above all, strong communication skills, ethics, approachability, and courtesy toward our customers and colleagues.
