This OPPORTUNITY is for YOU: Apprenticeship Instructor at CIEE-RS! * Train young people in the apprenticeship program, adhering to the program’s methodology and guidelines; * Plan and deliver theoretical apprenticeship sessions, considering the program’s methodology and the specific realities of each cohort; * Adapt and propose activities that encourage apprentices to go beyond the presented content, fostering reflection and developing competencies for the world of work; * Act as a mediator/facilitator in the learning process of adolescents and young people; * Promote and support apprentices’ development, providing appropriate guidance when necessary; * Record and monitor apprentices’ attendance in theoretical training sessions; * Complete required entries in the internal system; * Propose and participate in follow-up meetings with apprentices, companies, and other stakeholders; * Support critical analysis of processes within your area of responsibility, suggesting improvements when needed; * Provide support for other departmental activities, as required. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree completed or final semesters underway in Administration, Human Resources, Pedagogy, or Teacher Education programs; Experience in education and/or working with youth is desirable; Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM and 1:30 PM–5:30 PM. **"Here, everyone has space to grow.
